If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
We do not accept returns on digital products. We only refund digital products if the content was unable to download successfully after purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
